About Time Fundraising's Reward Program for K-6 Students

You can stop wondering. After extensive research & development, we designed our reward program to address these concerns of yours. The money that your fundraising event generates is to benefit the entire school... so, we believe that "team work" is essential to a successful campaign.
The TEAM Approach
The more involved the teachers are, the more successful your fundraiser will be. We've designed a program that will keep their responsibilities to a minimum, yet it will be educational, fun and rewarding for the entire classroom!
The team approach will eliminate anyone from feeling left-out, especially those who are simply unable to participate in the fundraising activities. No one, within each classroom, will be identified as a non-participant by taking home less prizes than everybody else. The top three sellers in every classroom will get recognized - they will receive additional awards for their outstanding effort. Everyone will benefit if they are encouraged to do their personal best
Each Classroom becomes a "team". This means that we will average the total amount of calendars sold within the entire class and reward the entire class - equally. For instance, let's say there are 20 children in Room 1. The total amount of calendars sold in that room was 100. The average amount of calendars sold per student in that room was 5. About Time Fundraising will send 20 sets of 5 prizes, bundled up in one bag identified with "Room 1", for the teacher to distribute equally to the students. PLUS, we want to thank those students who put forth the most effort - so we will reward the top 3 sellers within each classroom with additional prizes.
Our calendar brochure/order forms will have helpful sales tips to help keep your sellers safe while encouraging them to remember the people and businesses contacts, whom they know personally, who might be willing to support your cause.
Distribution of the rewards easy. All rewards will be packaged by individual class rooms. We suggest that the announcement of the Grand Prize Winner be announced and awarded at a closing assembly - perhaps on "product delivery day"?! This could be the day that you announce the total sales/profit achieved and repeat your plans for using it. Your organization could even add a special low-cost "popcorn party" to all rooms that achieved a certain sales goal average!
